Peptide therapy,
prescribed by clinicians.
Peptides are small protein chains your body uses to coordinate energy, recovery, focus, and dozens of other systems.
With age and accumulated stress, some of those signals weaken. You feel it: slower recovery, lower energy, less sharpness, changes in libido, sleep, or body composition.
Peptide therapy targets specific signals. Whether it fits your situation is a clinical decision, made after evaluation and designed around your unique physiology.
Patients pursue peptide therapy across these areas. Specific outcomes depend on your bloodwork, your protocol, and individual response.
Institute of Vitality provides individualized peptide therapy when medically appropriate. Every patient undergoes a comprehensive evaluation with one of our licensed medical providers before treatment is considered.
When indicated, prescriptions are transmitted to a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy, which prepares and ships medication directly to the patient. Treatment recommendations are based on each patient’s medical history, laboratory evaluation, goals, and current regulatory guidance.
A first conversation. Your goals, your history, what you’re trying to fix. No commitment to anything yet.
Follow-up labs, real adjustments. Your protocol evolves with your data.

Patients near our practice can come in. Everyone else across Florida and Montana gets the same care remotely.
A licensed medical provider does, and only after a clinical evaluation. At Institute of Vitality that means Akhil Patel, MD or Collin Dees, PA-C reviews your history, your goals, and a full bloodwork panel before treatment is considered. Peptide therapy is prescription-only. It is not something you buy off a shelf. When a prescription is indicated, it goes to a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy that prepares it and ships directly to you.
Peptide therapy is prescription-only, and the medications are compounded, meaning they are prepared for an individual patient by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy rather than mass-produced. Compounded medications have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for the specific uses discussed here, which is why a clinical evaluation comes first and why we monitor with bloodwork rather than by how you feel. Every protocol carries a prescription, a licensed pharmacy, and a named provider accountable for the decision. We serve patients across Florida and Montana.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding are absolute disqualifiers. Active cancer, certain hormone-sensitive conditions, and some medication combinations may also disqualify you or change what is appropriate. This is exactly what your intake conversation and bloodwork are designed to surface. If peptide therapy isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you during the consultation, before any commitment.
Most protocols are reviewed at the 8-12 week mark with a follow-up bloodwork panel. That’s when we have real data on how your body is responding. Self-reported changes vary widely by individual; the labs give us the objective read.
Follow-up bloodwork is the primary monitoring tool. Standard cadence is the 8-12 week post-start panel, then quarterly or as the protocol evolves. We watch hormone, metabolic, and inflammatory markers for shifts that warrant a dose adjustment, a change to your protocol, or a pause. If your labs flag something, your clinician is the one making the call, not a template.
It depends on your protocol. Some are designed for continuous use; others have a built-in cycling pattern, typically 5 days on and 2 days off, or 8 weeks on with a break. Cycling decisions get made by your clinician based on your protocol, your bloodwork, and what’s clinically indicated. It’s not a one-size answer.
